Marcea is an assertive and enthusiastic Realtor®️who possess a strong aptitude for creativity and problem solving. Born and raised in New York City she epitomizes integrity, compassion and hard work and always honors her commitment to facilitate the best possible experience and outcome for her clients in all aspects of their real estate endeavor. She prides herself on following her golden rule - “Do unto others as you would have them do unto your loved ones”.
Before beginning her career as a realtor, she arrived in Virginia in 2005 seeking a higher education from Virginia State University but ultimately finished school with so much more. It was there at VSU that she met and fell in love with her husband Brandon, a Virginia native, and with his guide discovered the beauty and wonder that is Virginia. From family time spent at the Children’s Museum or the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, to summer and fall festivals in the heart of RVA, scenic hikes on the trails of Pocohontas State Park or Rockwood Park, and swimming in the James River. She has participated is the Susan G. Coleman breast cancer walk, annually attends the Fourth of July celebration at Dogwood Dell, enjoys the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden - Garden Fest of Lights display and Richmond’s infamous Tacky Lights Tour, Marcea’s love for Virginia runs deep. Marcea and her husband are the proud parents of three beautiful children, 3 fish and are owners of Marsh Landscaping.
Marcea offers her clients knowledge about Virginia’s residential real estate market so that they can make informed decisions coupled with the care and patience needed to walk them through this sometimes complicated and stressful journey.
